Smart Resources Group is looking for a HoReCa Sales Manager (Food/FMCG) for its client in FMCG industry.


  • Maintain and develop commercial relations with current and potential customers from HoReCa business
  • Manage and maintain sales / clients database
  • Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
  • Provide excellent service consistent with Company’s core service standards and brand attributes
  • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
  • Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Identify and maintain HoReCa sales budget for the year
  • Plan and implement sales force specific actions and partake at trade fairs to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Active Business Development - continual setting, monitoring and evaluating of yearly sales targets


  • Higher education degree
  • 5+ years experience in sales (experience in the HoReCa industry is an advantage)
  • Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English
  • Excellent communication, presentations and analitical skills
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously
