SRG is looking for an Export Sales Manager for its client in the agriculture sector.


  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers both domestically and abroad
  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries (espesially from Russian Federation)
  • Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Work closely to planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


  • Proven work experience as an Export Sales Manager;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales;
  • Preferably sales experience in fruit and vegetables;
  • Fluent in Azeri, Russian, English languages;
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
